PAYMENT OPTIONS

The customer can choose from the various payment methods offered on the site. The payment of the sales price is payable immediately upon conclusion of the contract, and must be received by a.ACHAT within 7 calendar days.
The customer is responsible to ensure that their account has the appropriate funds available. The customer will be responsible for any fees incurred by a.ACHAT in case of charges incurred by insufficient funds on the part of the Customer.
SHIPPING
Some pieces are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for producing it for you. Orders are usually processed within 2-5 days of receiving your order. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. We try and process all orders on the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving the order. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next regular business day.
Customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. A signature is required. Expected arrival date will be sent to you via email. In our experience it is highly unlikely for anything to go wrong with your shipment. However, if you require extra insurance on your purchase or wish for a next day delivery this can be arranged at extra cost. Please enquire at the time of your purchase. For overseas orders (USA, Japan, HK, Australia, Canada and other countries), a customs duty might be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. a.ACHAT is not responsible for payment of this duty.
The prices are indicated in EUR and include 19% VAT. Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.
Shipping times may vary, but usually take:
1-4 days within Germany,
4-10 days within Europe and
12-14 days for international shipments outside of Europe, from the date we receive the order.
Please add 2-3 weeks to the estimated shipping times stated above for products from our „made-on- demand“, as they are handmade in our studio in Berlin.
Keep in mind,that each piece is made by hand and when ordering multiples of an item there may be subtle variations.

Shipping to Germany: for all orders: 7 EUR
shipping to Europe: for all orders: 14 EUR (except shipping to the UK)
shipping to the UK: 30 EUR
shipping to other countries: for all orders: 45 EUR
RETURN POLICY
We will exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. a.ACHAT is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Most of our clothes are unisex and a lot of pieces are cut oversized, please read the product description. Please contact us with any questions.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of this data takes place voluntarily. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted – if and so far technically possible and reasonable – without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be prosecuted.
